Hi Lakshmi, first of all, I want to congratulate you to have organized a session like this on communication and its importance in our professional as well as personal lives. It was very insightful and thought-provoking. Being a Corporate Communications person, I thoroughly enjoyed this other facet of communication that you spoke about. The physical cues, gestures etc, which also communicate volumes about one's personality, mindset, and their confidence. The best part of the session was the communication skills one could use to draw lines and boundaries towards any awkward comment or situation at one's workplace. I also enjoyed the other aspects of communication, like the tone one uses to express at different situations etc. Overall, a very insightful session. Please keep organizing more of such sessions.

My favorite thing was about the impact of gestures that built confidence. Actually I understood the importance of body language when listening or interacting to something.
